Dreamline uses birth date, optional birth time, and location to estimate season, photoperiod, and timing bands. A fixed mapping turns those inputs into chronotype, archetype, focus areas, and recommended sleep-window guidance.
Body Readiness uses Apple Health sleep, HRV, and resting heart rate to calculate a deterministic score. Raw health streams remain on-device; only derived scores and summaries sync.
Dreamline extracts structure and symbols locally. If AI consent is enabled, Dreamline sends dream text and selected context to backend AI for one Dream Analysis request per dream.
The Rhythm Brief combines deterministic timing context with measured signals such as Body Readiness, Temperament, and recent dream carryover when available. AI writes the narrative, but the underlying inputs are fixed before generation.
Sleep Guard looks for a three-signal pattern on Apple Watch: heart-rate elevation, HRV drop, and motion disturbance. When the gate is met, Dreamline delivers graded haptics and records the event for later review.
Dream Sync compares shared symbols, themes, tone, and vividness. Body Sync compares derived signals such as HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep efficiency. Friends see derived scores and shared motifs, never private raw dream text or raw Health values.
Raw HealthKit data stays on-device. Dreams, saved Dream Analysis results, profile inputs, derived metrics, and opt-in Connections settings are stored under your authenticated account.
Dreamline generates one daily brief per day. On first load, Today can keep showing other cards while the written brief finishes. Pull to refresh or check back shortly. If it still does not load, confirm that you are signed in and online.
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > Dreamline on iPhone. Enable the data types you want to share, such as sleep, HRV, and resting heart rate. Dreamline reads those signals to power Body Readiness and related trends. Sleep Guard may log mindful sessions when active.
Open Dreamline > Me tab > Settings > Delete Account. Your data enters a 30-day soft-delete window. If you sign back in during this period, recovery is possible. After 30 days, data is permanently removed.
Make sure Dreamline is installed on iPhone and opened at least once. If the link opens in Safari, return to the invite after opening the app or use the Open in Dreamline button on the invite page.
Sleep Guard requires a compatible Apple Watch paired with your iPhone, with the Dreamline Watch app installed.
